25 Years of Expertise
Neil left school at the end of Year 10 in Geelong and completed a pre-apprenticeship course while working part-time for a local electrician in Inverleigh. He officially began his electrical apprenticeship at the end of 1999 with the same local electrician, gaining hands-on experience in residential maintenance, industrial maintenance, and installation work. Notably, his work included maintenance and installation at Target's head office and various Target stores across Australia.
Neil completed the last two years of his apprenticeship with a large contractor in Geelong, focusing on commercial construction. After finishing his apprenticeship, he stayed with this employer for an additional two years, further honing his skills on large commercial projects. (needs a space added in here) Neil Crowe, the founder of Crowe Electrical, grew up on a small farm in the country town of Inverleigh. His early years in Inverleigh instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of the agricultural sector, which would later become a cornerstone of his professional expertise.

In 2008, Neil decided to start his own business, successfully serving clients around Geelong, the Surf Coast, and the Western District. His commitment to quality and service quickly earned him a solid reputation. In September 2019, Neil and his family sold their property in Teesdale, where they had lived for 15 years, and purchased 35 acres near Mansfield to enjoy the lifestyle that the North East has to offer. Despite the move, Neil managed to grow his business back up and now employs one tradesman and one apprentice.
Neil's journey from a small farm in Inverleigh to founding a successful electrical business is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and passion for the industry.
